1. Eligibility Requirements
To join, you must:

Reside in Australia, and
Hold at least one of the following:

A valid Tax Agent or BAS Agent registration (TPB), or
Membership with CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA)
You must provide evidence of both your Australian residency and your registration or membership during the sign-up process.

2. No Refunds for Ineligible Subscriptions
If you subscribe and do not meet the eligibility criteria, your request to join will be declined. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

3. Community Conduct
This group is a professional, peer-support environment. You agree to:

Treat all members with respect
Support, not belittle, those who may be new to the industry
Avoid all forms of bullying, criticism, or rudeness

4. Confidentiality and No Sharing Outside the Group
All posts, comments, and discussions within the Facebook group are strictly confidential.

Do not screenshot, copy, forward, or share any group content externally
Breaching this rule may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action

5. Peer Opinions Only – Not Advice
All responses and discussions in the group are to be treated as opinions only, not professional advice.

You are responsible for your own research and professional judgment
No member or admin can be held legally responsible for any action you take based on group content

6. No Legal Claims
By participating, you waive any legal claims against the group admin, members, or platform based on discussions or opinions shared in the community.
